The Company offers personal care and associated domestic services to a wide range of service user groups who need care and support whilst maintaining an independent life. The company will arrange an individually tailored care package to meet individual requirements, which includes. Risk Assessment for Moving & Handling, Medication, Property & Social needs.

The Company is experienced in arranging to help with those tasks that you find increasingly difficult. The services range from washing and dressing, toileting, showering and shaving, sitter and sleeper service, shopping and Live In Care. The services can range from 1 to 24 hours per day, 7 days per week. Each service user has the right to a care service that does not discriminate on the basis of race or ethnic origin, colour or creed, religion, political affiliation, disability or impairment, martial status, gender or sexual orientation. Service user will be consulted with the respect to the service provided and will be involved in the ongoing review of the service.

We are preferred providers for Lancashire County Council Social Service and are inspected and monitored by them and the Commission for Social Care Inspection. All staff have an enhanced CRB and two professional references are followed up. All staff are trained to the required standard. The company offers service users trips out occasionally and in line with the company quality assurance policy monitors and reviews the standard of service regularly and offers service user the opportunity to attend its quarterly quality circle get-together, where transport can be provided to and from the get-together if required.
