Brian's Last Day At Charlotte House

11th of April, 2024

On 5th April 2024, we threw a small party for Brian our service user who had his last day at the Charlotte House Well Being Centre and has now gone to Victoria House Residential Home.

Brian has been coming to Charloyye House for almost 10 years. He loved gardening and always used to water plants and take care of them. He used to chat with every one, take part in all activities, and enjoy his time at Charlotte House.

He was emotional on his last day at Charlotte House. Sue, our manager, gave him a folder with all the pictures in it for him to look at and cherish his memories at Charlotte House.

We have also received a thank you card from Brian's family.

We will miss you Brain!! Hope you have an amazing time at Victoria House Residential Home.

My mother is terminally ill and in need of constant care. The Delta Care team visit her 4 times a day to help with absolutely everything including help with a hoist in and out of bed and onto her commode. They fully assist her with a smile on their face and go the extra mile to make her comfortable, make her meals, wash up, empty the rubbish and everything else that she requires - including offering to pick anything up for her prior to there visit. I call all of these carers her angels and they are all absolutely lovely to her and me all of the time. During the last 7 weeks that they have been caring for my mum we have all become friends. During this difficult time, we could not have managed without them and I cannot compliment them enough. I would wholeheartedly fully recommend Delta Care and we are totally grateful for the great service
