Delta Care Ltd is offering work on a permanent or temporary basis across all surrounding areas of CHORLEY including ADLINGTON, EUXTON, COPPULL, BUCKSHAW VILLIAGE, WHITTLE-LE-WOODS, LEYLAND, ORMSKIRK, RUFFORD, TARLETON, CROSTON & MORE! With many full-time and part-time positions available to you.
Our New and Increased Rates of Pay:
Monday to Friday - £12.62 (40p Performance Bonus Included)
Saturday to Sunday- £12.80 (40p Performance Bonus Included)
Mileage pay - 30p (per mile)

No qualifications or previous experience is required as we do offer paid full training!
Hours of duty:
Mornings 7 AM - 2 PM
Evenings 3 PM - 10 PM (You are required to work every other weekend)

The role:
The role is community-based, providing support and care to individuals in their own homes to enable them to live safely and independently. This will also consist of providing personal care, medication assistance, and meal preparation.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist clients with daily personal care (washing, dressing, meals)

Support with mobility and activities of daily living

Build trusting relationships with clients and their families

Ensure clients’ safety, comfort, and well-being at all times

Document and report care provided to clients, medication records and care sheets.

Provide companionship and emotional support

Promote independence and dignity for those in your care

To read and follow the individualized care plan

To prepare meals, drinks, and snacks, as and when necessary

To adhere by Delta Care Ltd Health and Safety policies
