This walk was held to train ourselves for the upcoming event - The Yorkshire 3 Peaks which will be held on 5th October 2024 in aid of Stroke Awareness.

This is all in memory of our two beloved carers that we have sadly lost due to strokes, Linda Malliband in 2021 and Karen Leigh in 2024.

We also have Relay for Life - Rossendale event coming up on 6th July 2024 in aid of cancer research.

Delta Care team smashed the Guild Wheel 21 miles walk on Saturday 8th July 2024. 💪🏻👏🏻❤️ Well done everyone!!

Charlotte House is an amazing place providing a high standard of care for their clients. The staff are caring and considerate people who make a difference to people’s lives. My dad suffers from Dementia and Charlotte House provides him with a safe environment to interact with other people. It provides a purpose for him to get washed and dressed in the morning and he stands at the window happily waiting for his carer and transport to collect him. The staff work very hard to adapt the care to individual clients needs. They are flexible and creative to adapt to the situation and keep clients fully engaged. Clearly, my dad is unable to tell us about his day as he can’t remember. However, thanks to a wonderful member of staff, we now have a Facebook page with lovely photos of their adventures.
