World Mental Health Day

World Mental Health Day

4th of February, 2021

Today is World Mental Health Day. Many of us will be affected by mental health issues at some time in our lives.

Mental health issues can take many forms and the struggles are often not visible to the naked eye. Some people hide the way they are feeling about the challenges that they are facing. The emotions, physical and psychological effects can be debilitating and frightening.

We should always look out for the signs.

If we feel someone is not coping, we need to provide opportunities for a dialogue to be opened in a safe, confidential, and supportive environment.

Together we can end the stigma surrounding mental health.

Customer Feedback
Review from Homecare.co.uk - Delta Care Southport

Highly professional company. So caring, respectful and flexible with the needs of my mum. The staff are so friendly and treat my mum with dignity as she has been left unable to care for herself. Nothing is too much to ask and the office staff are always helpful and easy to approach with any concerns we may have and advice is readily available. In these uncertain times, the carers arrive in PPE: gloves, masks, aprons etc and ensure hygiene is at the highest level. I would not hesitate to recommend this company to any anyone looking for care for their loved one.
