We are looking for a Care Co-Ordinator, who will be accountable by example, within a team setting, to promote the good name of Delta care Ltd, providing and achieving the highest standard of quality care.
To share responsibility for monitoring and supervising staff and service users, preparing rota, and providing a smooth and efficient service.
Promote Dignity in Care, Safeguard Adults and Children and promote good infection control standards.
