Delta Care Ltd.'s Chorley branch has been rated "GOOD" in all areas of inspection from Care Quality Commission (CQC)!

The CQC is the independent regulator of health and adult social care services in England, holding providers accountable and conducting routine inspections to make sure services are provided in accordance with fundamental safety and quality standards.

After evaluating providers in five areas: safety, efficacy, care, responsiveness, and leadership, services are rated on a four-point scale. A "Good" rating indicates that the service is operating effectively and fulfilling all necessary requirements.

Chorley is one of our largest branches, with clients spread across the town and surrounding areas such as Buckshaw Village, Croston, Eccleston, Euxton, and Whittle-le-Woods.

The team, led by Registered Manager Sheron Holt, provides over 170 clients in the Chorley region with about 2100 hours of care every week. This rating reflects the dedication, compassion, and professionalism of our amazing team who work tirelessly to provide high-quality care to our clients across Chorley.
