Adult Day Care Services

I am really pleased with the care Delta has provided and the carer Kaneez Fatima who comes to look after my daughter H. Kaneez is a regular who cares for H and I have noticed a positive difference in my daughter’s lifestyle since Kaneez has joined. Even today after Kaneez coming after 2 weeks, Hanna was thoroughly pleased to see her and was so excited to go out with her which is something she always struggled to do but since meeting Kaneez, H has been more motivated to get up and go on walks and out the house. We are very grateful for everything she has done for H and to Delta for always sorting out any enquiries/problems we have in a timely matter. This is a fantastic service with amazing staff who really care about the people they work with!

The only previous experience i have had with Carers was with my Mum and Husband. both were end of life. Never did I ever think I would need a carer, even after a stroke that took my left eye sight and further TIAs - mini strokes leaving me with tremors. Before I was referred to Delta Care, I was just sitting in my chair dehydrating, forgetting to eat. I was fiercely independent and that often led to regular falls. The hardest thing I ever had to do was to accept help. Everyone at Delta Care from the Office to the carers has helped me to remain Independent while they helped me with whatever I needed doing. I would highly recommend Delta Care for their expertise and professional attention to detail, unconditional care and from my perspective, I feel as though I matter. Thank you.

Hi I’m writing this to say thank you from mum Phyllis to all the carers who visit my mum especially the young lady I met this evening while visiting mum her name is Annie /Qurat Ul mum has complex issues including having a stoma and suffering from Alzheimer’s amongst other issues and isn’t always the easiest person to deal with especially when she doesn’t know the person that is trying to help her. So the staff of carers especially Annie who I have met and Jenny who I haven’t who come morning and evening to minister to mums needs are excellent in what they do. Unfortunately mum doesn’t always get the same person which doesn’t help with her Alzheimer’s but everyone does their best for her it would be lovely for mum if Annie and Jenny could come to see her every day as she is better with continuity. A big thank to all at Delta Care for all they do for mum.

My sister‑in‑law stayed here for a few weeks of respite, and the care was exceptional. The staff were genuinely kind, attentive, and compassionate, making a difficult time so much easier for our family. The home is spotless, welcoming, and has a lovely, happy atmosphere. We’re truly grateful for the wonderful support she received and would highly recommend this care home.

Really happy about the care and environment. Staff were really friendly, patient and caring. Home clean and welcoming. Definitely will send my mum again for respite care.
