I am very pleased with the carer (Kaneez Fatima) that has been caring for my daughter. I have seen a massive improvement in my daughters behaviour and lifestyle. She has learnt to keep her room clean and tidy. Before she just used to stay indoors but since Kanees has been coming she has been going for walks and more motivated to keep fit and healthy. I am very grateful for everything that she has done for my daughter and could give her 5 stars.
Just want to express my appreciation to the staff team at delta care looking after our Dad who needs 24 hour care. The staff are a dedicated team who have got to know dad so well they know what he likes and needs and go above and beyond to ensure he is cared for and comfortable. This is throughout the day and night we have a fabulous night carer who is so good with dad when at times he can be challenging which is linked to his illness. As a family it has made a very difficult time much easier knowing we have reliable knowledgable highly trained staff caring for our dad. Thanks guys your the best xx
