I am the Registered Manager for Delta Care Ltd, overseeing the Blackpool and Preston branches. I have over 30 years’ experience in health and social care, having begun my career in my teenage years and worked across a wide range of roles including care worker, senior practitioner, manager, and educator.
My leadership approach is open and transparent, grounded in strong values and a commitment to high-quality, person-centred care. I believe health and social care is a highly rewarding profession and that effective services are built on motivated, well-supported teams.
In addition to my Registered Manager role, I am now the Lead for the Training Team. I am developing a robust and engaging training programme that supports staff development, builds competence and confidence, and ensures our teams are equipped to consistently deliver safe, effective, and compassionate care.
