I initially trained as a medical doctor but have always been driven by a strong passion for healthcare management and service improvement. With over 20 years of experience, I have worked across a wide range of healthcare settings, including nursing homes, hospitals, GP practices, and healthcare technology organisations.
I have completed a second postgraduate degree and a management course at the London School of Economics, strengthening my leadership and strategic expertise. As part of the Delta Care family, I am committed to delivering high-quality, person-centred care and supporting individuals to live safely and independently in their own homes.
