I started my career at Delta Care in early 2018 as a part-time HCA working around my main role as an auditor for a leading Supermarket retailer. I was offered a full-time Care Co-ordinator position in March 2023. From there, I have been able to progress to my current role as Registered Manager for the Chorley branch and led the recent CQC inspection in March 2024.
