Hi, my name is Sidra, and I am the compliance officer at Delta Care Ltd. I began working here over a year ago when I decided to pursue a career in HR. I was initially the HR Administrator, and since then, I have progressed to becoming the Compliance Officer. I am now aiming towards completing my Level 5 CIPD. Beginning in this field was a massive change for me, as I had previously only worked and studied in science-based subjects.
