We have expanded our adult home care services in Blackpool and are now offering packages for children and young adults. We want you to have peace of mind and the assurance that your loved ones are in good hands with our dedicated staff team, striving to offer the best services possible.

At Delta Care, we are here to support the full-time caregiver, whilst understanding the difficulties involved with caring for a child or young adult with complex/additional support needs.

Our team of passionate carers offers a wide spectrum of support including personal care, meal preparations, accompanied journeys to and from school/appointments, and social inclusion both within the comfort of your own home or out and about within the community.

It is important to Delta Care to ensure we are meeting all of the demands and complexities of each individual's care needs with a person-centered approach.

Our support staff and care assistants have fingertip access to a full and growing suite of training programs to assist and guide them with the care provision of a wide spectrum of care needs/conditions/behaviors.

We offer care/support services all year round 7 days per week, 24 hours per day, and visits from a minimum of 30 minutes. We also appreciate with children there may be changes/flexibility required both in and outside of school term time.

Charlotte House is an amazing place providing a high standard of care for their clients. The staff are caring and considerate people who make a difference to people’s lives. My dad suffers from Dementia and Charlotte House provides him with a safe environment to interact with other people. It provides a purpose for him to get washed and dressed in the morning and he stands at the window happily waiting for his carer and transport to collect him. The staff work very hard to adapt the care to individual clients needs. They are flexible and creative to adapt to the situation and keep clients fully engaged. Clearly, my dad is unable to tell us about his day as he can’t remember. However, thanks to a wonderful member of staff, we now have a Facebook page with lovely photos of their adventures.
